Access the notification centre from the bell icon at the top right of the dashboard. Click into the specific message you would like to respond to. From there you will have the option to reply to the message via email. Choosing this will take you straight to your default email provider on your device to send your reply to the guest.

Alternatively you could use our GM+ Guest Messenger service to send a reply to your guests in your chosen design theme.
